[The Pair] Reporter Baek Sang-il – iPixel is actively promoting the excellence of its AI-powered home rehabilitation exercise solution, Exercite Care.
On the 11th, iPixel announced that it would participate in global healthcare exhibitions held in the United States to promote Exercite Care. The company operates Exercite Care, a specialized digital healthcare solution for home rehabilitation exercises.
iPixel will attend the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) Global Conference, held in Houston from February 13, followed by the HIMSS Global Health Conference in Las Vegas from March 3. Through consecutive participation in these global exhibitions, iPixel is offering booth visitors the opportunity to experience firsthand the AI motion recognition capabilities of Exercite Care.
At the HIMSS Global Health Conference, iPixel’s CEO, Sangsoo Lee, will deliver a presentation on the unique features and applications of Exercite Care, including its integration with smart TVs. He will provide an in-depth explanation of how medical professionals in hospitals and healthcare institutions can use Exercite Care for remote personalized exercise prescriptions and real-time patient management using exercise data.
CEO Sangsoo Lee stated, “By participating in APTA and HIMSS, we aim to actively promote Exercite Care to medical professionals and hospital representatives worldwide and use this as an opportunity to expand into international markets, including the United States.”
Exercite Care is a home rehabilitation exercise application designed to help patients who require rehabilitation exercises easily follow along and train at home. Using a smartphone, users can perform precise rehabilitation exercises anytime, anywhere. The core feature of Exercite Care is its AI motion recognition technology, which provides real-time feedback on movement accuracy.
Meanwhile, as out-of-pocket costs for physical therapy have increased due to a complete overhaul of private health insurance policies, including restrictions on mixed medical treatments, demand for remote home rehabilitation solutions like Exercite Care is expected to grow. In response to this market trend, iPixel has recently made smart TV integration more seamless, allowing users to easily utilize the service at home. Additionally, the company is working on service implementation and clinical research collaborations with major general hospitals in South Korea.
